I expect a full refund as I have already requested from them. I have never logged in or used their so called member site or FB private group. I never received any response and my card is still being charged until today July 2022. After some research I found their support contact form and sent them a request for a full refund in the beginning of November 2021. I did not realize the charges were occurring until September 2021. The book was charged, sent, and received in a timely manner, however they have been charging my card a monthly 19.97 fee every month under a variety of different names. I went through the same troubles as others have stated. I am very careful to notice and uncheck any opt-ins that are already checked by default. I was careful to opt out of any further email newsletter, other products, or any subscriptions. I ordered the credit secrets book in Nov 2020 We gone back as far as we can to refund via the merchant account, and have shipped out another book as a courtesy. We have no ticket or call where the customer canceled the order. At the time all was good and the customer had no further issues or questions." The notes and the transcript of the call were "in April of 2021 to verify what she purchased with a customer support rep. I'm glad they acknowledged that I did speak to someone but it was to stop the order and it was not to keep taking my money. Yes I would like a refund for all the months they have been taking money out of my checking account with no products to show for it. The only time I spoke to a Customer Service representative was when I canceled the order, the order was done online after the commercial was aired. My apologies, I did not check to see that I entered the wrong year for the order. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) A refund was processed for the last 6 months, and a copy of the book is being sent out again as a courtesy. At the time all was good and the customer had no further issues or questions. Customer contacted us in April of 2021 to verify what she purchased with a customer support rep.
